How do I check lounge access for my card?

Choose an airport or railway station, open an exact lounge, then sign in and save your bank and card variant in My Cards. We show a dated source-checked condition where one is available; otherwise, the result is “Not verified.”

Does a listed lounge guarantee free entry?

No. Entry can depend on the issuer’s current programme, card network, spend thresholds, remaining visit quota, operating hours and authorization at the lounge.

Do I need to enter my card number or CVV?

No. My Cards asks only for the bank and card variant. Never enter your card number, CVV, expiry date or banking password into CardDecode.

Are all listed facilities and access rules confirmed?

No. Directory entries and venue photos help you discover a place; they are not proof of current operation, facilities or card acceptance. Check the source and review date on each detailed listing, and confirm with the operator before travel.

Is browsing the lounge directory free?

Yes. You can browse places and venue listings without an account. A login is only needed to save card variants and see personalized access checks.
